My name Is Denise Relf, and I am the owner and founder of NSG Coaching & Consulting! Born and raised in The Bronx, I know a thing or two about pushing through obstacles to succeed. I started my career off empowering youth and their families in undeserved communities, and soon moving on to supporting others as they did the same. In 2018, I become a coaching consultant, which inspired me so much that I decided to acquired my Coaching Certification. After loving and growing in my craft as a coaching consultant I decided to launch my own firm in height of the 2020 pandemic! Talk about "Never Stop growing!"
